How is an RCIC-IRB different from other Immigration Service Providers?

RCIC is a designated Immigration professional title for Canadian Immigration Law Practitioners. RCICs are backed by Canadian Government Regulator – College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) through legislation. CICC mandate is to protect public interest. There are strict qualification standards, standards of practice and continuing education requirements for licensees.

Only IRBs are entrusted by Immigration and  Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) with defending clients in high stake earnings, asylums, appeals and detention review – rights reserved only for select class of professionals under Canadian Law.
