CAD, tax included. Payment at booking. Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice; inside 24 hours or a missed appointment, the fee is not refunded.

Before tax. Government fees are paid at cost, with receipts, and shown separately. A new refusal, extra documents requested after submission, or a change in your circumstances is quoted before any work.
Complex and refused cases: Phase wise Payment Plan
Phase 1, Determine: Case Review and Strategy Report, $350. We identify what went wrong or what is at risk and deliver a written strategy. Your $175 consultation is credited, so the net cost is $175.
Phases 2 and 3, Defend and Deliver: fixed quote within 24 hours of your case review. Typical ranges:

Your quote states a ceiling; nothing beyond it happens without your written approval. Federal Court matters are referred to a lawyer in our network, and we stay involved through the handoff.
Investor visas
Every investor visa file begins with the $175 Initial Consultation. Professional fees start from $3,500; the business plan and financial package is quoted separately.
Payments and your money
How you pay
Three interest-free instalments, with a 10% deposit at retainer signing. You pay as each phase is delivered.
Where your money is held
Advance payments sit in a trust account and are released to us only once billed. Unused funds are returned if you stop, less the consultation fee and initial deposit. See the Refund Policy.
Questions
It is a licensed professional’s full attention on your case, ending in a written plan, and it is credited toward your retainer if you hire us within 14 days.
