Frequently Asked Questions by Our Clients:

1. Why is it important to sign an initial consultation agreement?
Initial consultation agreement brings a professional and legal perspective to the communication between the customer and KayCee. For everything else, there is Google.

2. Why does KayCee Immigration Services charge money for initial consultation?
Thel fee charged for initial consultation makes both the customer and KayCee accountable for their statements and advice. If you subsequently become a client of KayCee Immigration Services, the initial consultation fee will be credited towards the legal fees due to KayCee Immigration Services.

3. Can I come back to you for any queries that I may have after the initial consultation?
We shall be pleased to answer any and all specific questions with respect to your queries specific to your needs. However, we shall only be able to go into the details of explicit needs to go ahead only after you formally retain our services.

4. Does a Visa guarantee admission to Canada?
A visa issued to a client does not guarantee admission to Canada. The admission is finally granted at the Port of Entry when based on the visa type all immigration conditions are applied and those conditions are effective from the date of entry; excepting a few circumstances.
