- Defend — We build and stand behind the strategy that fits your situation. Every query gets a response within 24 hours, and our emergency hotline is open at all times if something urgent comes up.
- Deliver — We present your case and see it through, holding ourselves accountable at every step. Advance payments are held in a secure trust account and only released once work is billed — you’re only ever charged for what’s actually done. If you choose to end services early, unbilled funds are returned, less the consultation fee and initial retainer deposit.
